Record Breaking January at Synergy Recruitment!

2020 has started off pretty well for us. Record breaking, in fact!

January can often be a slow month in recruitment. There are always lots of candidates looking for new beginnings, but it sometimes takes businesses a month or so to recover from Christmas and get back to full steam. There has been no sign of the Christmas hangover in our office however. We’ve been busy bees since the minute we walked back through the door!

We’ve taken on multiple new clients, as well as working with many previous clients. It means the absolute world to us that the hard work we’ve been putting in is paying off. Local businesses are getting on board and crucially, returning to us. And to top it all off one of our recently placed candidates popped in this week with a surprise gift for us! We genuinely couldn’t be happier!

Here’s to 2020!

February has been just as busy and we’re on target for another record breaking month. We’re already looking ahead to the next few months where we’ll be working with even more fantastic clients and candidates across Cheshire and South Manchester. We’ve also got some exciting things planned, so stay tuned for the latest updates!

The last year has been a such an incredible experience for us. We’ve learned so much, made new friends, taken on our very first employee, Colleen, and even won our first award! We’re so excited to head into 2020 and to build on the success we’ve had so far.

And who knows, we might even manage a holiday or two this year!
