Our Story

Synergy Recruitment was set up in 2018 by Directors, Marie Williams-Spalding and Yasmin Bentley. They had one goal in mind; to create a recruitment agency that genuinely cares about getting it right for both the candidates and the employers. That ethos is at the heart of Synergy and guides every decision made.

From humble beginnings, Synergy has gone from strength to strength. As a team, we are exceptionally proud that we’ve received over 140 5* Google Reviews. We were also honoured to receive a Chamber of Commerce “Excellence in Customer Service” Award in 2022. Each of these achievements demonstrates that we have achieved exactly what we set out to do; to prioritise the needs of our candidates and clients above anything else.
