We are recruiting a Commercial Assistant to join our client, based in Alderley Edge.

You will be supporting the CEO, who is responsible for the company’s Business Development. He’s great at what he does, but organisation is not his strong point – that’s where you come in!

  • Up to £35k per annum D.O.E (pro rata).
  • 25 – 30 hours per week, ideally across 5 days but could be 4 if preferred.

What will you be doing as the Commercial Assistant?

  • Conducting research on LinkedIN and Creditsafe.
  • Researching attendees in advance of events to let the CEO know who he should speak to.
  • Taking ownership of keeping the CRM system up to date.
  • Booking in demos.
  • Assisting the CEO in preparing for meetings including pulling together presentations.
  • Setting up email templates.

What do you need in order to be considered for the Commercial Assistant role?

  • A minimum of 3 years’ administration experience.
  • Experience of using a CRM system.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Ability to write professional emails.
