We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, based in Stockport.
You don’t need to have office experience, so this is your chance to begin your career in the office world!
Full training will be given, and they are incredibly supportive.

Details of the Customer Service Administrator role:
- Salary: £25,000 per annum
- Hours: 8.30AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday
- Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays
- Free parking
What will you be doing as the Customer Service Administrator?
- Processing orders that come through over the phone and via email
- Tracking the orders through to delivery and dealing with any issues
- Handle customer queries and returns
- Using Excel daily to record and track information
What do you need in order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role?
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good computer skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
