Details of the Customer Service Administrator vacancy:

  • £21,000 – £25,000 per annum D.O.E
  • Hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be dealing with incoming calls and emails, providing quotes, processing orders, handling any queries, chasing up deliveries, and processing invoices.

You see what I mean when I said busy and varied!  There will be no time for clock-watching in this role.

In order to be successful in the Customer Service Administrator position…


You will need to have previous experience within an office-based customer service/admin role.  And be comfortable working under pressure at times, ensuring that your attention to detail never slips.
