Customer Service Administrator

We’re recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client, based in Adlington, Cheshire.
You’ll be working in recently refurbished, gorgeous offices alongside a friendly, sociable team who support each other and enjoy what they do.
The company is big on investing in training and development, so you will be able to develop your skills & knowledge over time.

Benefits/ Details:
- Salary up to £29,000 (DOE) + annual discretionary bonus
- 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off

- 8:30AM – 5PM (Monday – Friday)

What you’ll be doing as the Customer Service Administrator:
- Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are accurate
- Sending out quotations
- Liaising with supply chain and warehouse teams
- Handling customer queries
- Maintaining accurate customer records
What you’ll need to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role:
- Experience in sales order processing or customer service within an office environment
- Confident with Microsoft Office
