We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, a successful company based in Macclesfield.

You will join a small, close-knit business with 13 staff – you will never be seen as just a number here! They’re an easy-going bunch with a strong team spirit – everybody gets on and helps each other out.

If you’re looking for oodles of progression, you won’t find it here because the company simply isn’t big enough. But if you want a role that keeps you busy without being high pressured, and to work for a friendly company with a great team – you’re in the right place!

 

Details of the Customer Service Administrator role:

  • £24k – £26k D.O.E
  • 8AM – 4.30PM Monday – Friday (1 hour lunch, early finish 3.30PM on Friday)

 

What will you be doing as the Customer Service Administrator?

  • Speaking to customers over the phone, via email and in person.
  • Discussing customers’ requirements.
  • Sending out quotations.
  • Processing orders.
  • Scheduling in the work.
  • Booking in deliveries.

 

What do you need in order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator position?

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service administration role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
