This is a temporary Customer Service role starting immediately, for a minimum of 2 weeks (it may run on beyond that). You’ll be calling through a list of customers with overdue balances and taking payments over the phone. Full training is given on day one so you don’t need any finance experience, you just need to be confident in picking up the phone.

Details of the Temporary Customer Service role

• Pay: £15 per hour basic + £1.81 holiday pay = £16.81 per hour
• Location: Macclesfield (office-based)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (30-minute lunch break)
• Duration: Temporary, minimum 2 weeks
• Free on-site parking
