This is a temporary Credit Controller role starting immediately, for a minimum of 2 weeks (it may run on beyond that). You’ll be calling through a list of customers with overdue balances and taking payments over the phone. Full training is given on day one so you don’t need any credit control experience, just ideally a bit of accounts knowledge.

Details of the Temporary Credit Controller role

• Pay: £15 per hour basic + £1.81 holiday pay = £16.81 per hour
• Location: Macclesfield (office-based)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (30-minute lunch break)
• Duration: Temporary, minimum 2 weeks
• Free on-site parking

What will you be doing as the Temporary Credit Controller?

• Calling through a list of customers with overdue balances and taking payment over the phone
• Using Xero and an internal system to check account details before each call
• Updating records

What do you need in order to be considered for the role of Temporary Credit Controller?

• Available for an immediate start
• Able to commit to a minimum of 2 weeks
• Some previous experience/ knowledge of accounts
• Comfortable making outbound calls
