Office Administrator

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team of 3, based in Knutsford.
This is the perfect role if you love working your way through a task list and going home satisfied, without needed to take work home with you.
You would be joining a well-established company with many long-term members of staff – showing it’s a great place to work! They’ve got a fantastic list of benefits (especially the quarterly bonus!)
Role Details:
- Salary: £24K + circa £4K bonus per annum (paid quarterly based on company performance)
- Working Hours: Flexible start between 8AM – 10AM and finish between 4PM – 6PM, Monday to Friday
- Holidays: 26 days + Bank Holidays
- Benefits: 10% non-contributory pension, quarterly bonus based on company profits
What will you be doing as the Office Administrator?
- Completing questionnaires regarding product information to be sent to customers.
- Liaising with different departments to gather the information required.
- Printing product labels.
- Processing invoices.
- Covering reception desk during breaks and holidays.
- Other administrative tasks to support the office.
What do you need in order to be considered for the Office Administrator role?
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Confidence speaking with people on the phone.
