HR Manager
HR Manager role with real exposure across a multi-business environment
This HR Manager role offers something a bit different. You’ll be part of a growing business made up of multiple operating companies. You’ll take ownership of operational HR for one of the businesses while also working closely with other HR Managers to keep activity across the wider group aligned.
As an HR Manager, you’ll still be hands-on day to day, but you’ll also gain visibility of how a group operates, working with senior leadership, contributing to business-wide activity, and being responsible for coordinating and driving HR projects across the group.
If you’re looking to move beyond a standard HR Manager role and get involved in the bigger picture, without stepping into a fully strategic position, this gives you that step.
Benefits / Details:
- Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 D.O.E
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Runcorn with some travel to other UK sites and occasional international travel
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

What will you be doing as the HR Manager?
- Managing the whole employee lifecycle for your business unit.
- Act as project manager for group-wide HR projects.
- Collaborating with regional HR Managers to drive consistency in HR practise.
- Organising and leading HR meetings across the group to share learnings and best practise and to implement group-wide HR practises.
- Gathering updates and insights from different areas.
- Collating HR data and producing reports for senior leadership.
What do you need to be considered for the role of HR Manager?
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- Proven experience in a hands-on HR role
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience handling HR data and producing reports
