The Benefits/ Details: 

  • £25k – £28k, depending on experience. 
  • 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to go permanent. 
  • 9AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday (1-hour lunch). 
  • Hybrid working once trained.

The Role:

As the Events Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in organising large-scale events and supporting members. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the enquiries inbox and keeping attendees informed. 
  • Liaising with venues and suppliers (food, music, logistics). 
  • Booking travel and accommodation for the team. 
  • Organising print and signage. 
  • Attending events, checking in attendees, and handling queries. 

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Experience in an administrative role involving coordination or project support. 
  • Confidence communicating with a variety of people. 
  • Flexibility to attend around 3 events per year, with overnight stays (UK-based).
