If you are an experienced customer service advisor who is looking for all of the ^, then we’ve got the job for you!

Due to continued growth, our Crewe-based client is looking to expand their team with 4 new Customer Service Advisors.  There are more expansion plans on the horizon, meaning development opportunities galore for you!

You’d be joining a team of 14 who are all incredibly welcoming and supportive.

  • Salary: £25,000 + 1 in 3 Saturdays paid at time and a half + bonuses = £27,350 OTE.
  • Hours: A set shift either 8am – 4pm or 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am – 1pm (paid at time and a half).
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office/2 days WFH (once training is complete)

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Dealing with enquiries, queries, and complaints via inbound calls and emails.
  • Providing customers with updates on their repairs and claims.
  • Ensuring customers records are consistently maintained on the inhouse system.
  • Offering advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Escalating issues to senior team members where necessary.

 

Experience and Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor position:

  • Previous phone-based customer service experience.
  • The ability to handle complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
