18 months ago our client, a successful e-commerce business based in Old Trafford, invested heavily in a shiny new CRM system. Said system has incredible capabilities, most of which are currently unexplored.

That’s where you come in.

You’ll have an open remit to grab the CRM system by its horns and run with it.

This is a brand-new role within the business and you can absolutely make it your baby.

You’ll be pleased to know all of the dirty work in terms of the data migration and cleansing has been done and the path is laid for you to take it on and get straight into the CRM strategy (ie. the juicy stuff!)

 

Details of the CRM Executive role:

  • £28k – £32k D.O.E
  • Hours: 8AM – 4PM, Mon – Fri
  • Hybrid working – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
  • 20 days (increasing to 25) + Bank Holidays + the Christmas shutdown

What will you be doing as the CRM Executive?

  • Manage and deliver CRM campaigns to retain customers at all stages of their life cycle.
  • Creating CRM campaign strategy. 
  • Developing an email AB testing strategy.
  • Developing analytical reports from the CRM.
  • Becoming the product owner of the CRM tool.

 

What do you need in order to be considered for the CRM Executive position?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within a CRM specific role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
