Our client in Whaley Bridge is looking for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to help them take their customer experience to the next level!

This is a brand-new role with LOTS of potential for you to make your mark.  You’ll be supporting the Manager with introducing and leading the use of the new webchat function.  Previous experience of using webchat within an office-based customer service role is essential!

Your thoughts and suggestions on how to improve processes are wanted and appreciated!

Duties of the Senior Customer Service Advisor:

You’ll be based in a relaxed, non-corporate environment, working in a small, close-knit team of 3. Your key tasks will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and webchat ensuring a prompt resolution
  • Be the superuser for the new webchat system
  • Process orders via phone and email
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with process improvements
  • Train the team and offer support on using the webchat system
  • Provide reports on webchat performance to management

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, especially using webchat
