We are recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to join our client, based in Warrington.

You will be joining a down-to-earth and close-knit team of 5. They have a strong team spirit; everybody mucks in and helps each other out.

It’s a laidback environment with casual dress and they have a good laugh together – it’ll be perfect for you if you’re looking for a non-corporate place to call (work) home! 

The training is very supportive, and all the processes are written down for you to follow so you’ll never feel like a fish out of water. This is a great opportunity to get into the world of purchasing without needing purchasing experience.

 Details of the Purchasing Administrator role:

  • £24,500 per annum
  • 9AM – 5.30PM (Monday – Friday)
  • Location: Warrington – own transport is essential due to the remote location
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays (birthday off after first year)

 What will you be doing as the Purchasing Administrator?

  • Placing orders with different suppliers.
  • Entering new stock information.
  • Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders and uploading to the system.
  • Monitoring the order requests inbox.
  • Speaking with suppliers if there are any issues.

 What do you need in order to be considered for the Purchasing Administrator role?

You don’t need experience within purchasing as full training will be provided. You will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within administration.
  • A good aptitude for numbers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
