Finance and Admin Manager

Role Details:
- Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (½ hour lunch break)
- Hybrid working available once trained
What you’ll be doing:
This is a varied role with a primary focus on managing the company’s finances, while also supporting wider administrative functions.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Checking delivery notes and preparing invoices
- Posting purchase invoices and handling payment runs
- Managing bank reconciliations
- Preparing month-end reports
- Completing VAT returns
- Submitting payroll data to an external provider
- Liaising with external accountants at year-end
Administration Duties:
- Responding to customer enquiries & processing orders
- Monitoring stock levels and reordering as needed
- Coordinating with the warehouse team
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Confidence working independently and managing your own workload
