Remote Customer Service Advisor
We are recruiting TWO Customer Service Advisors to join our fantastic client in Crewe.

Benefits:
- Salary: £21,839 + bonuses (up to £100 per month = £23,000 OTE)
- 25 days + Bank Holidays
- Set hours Monday to Friday either 8AM – 4PM, 9AM – 5PM or 10AM – 6PM, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9AM – 1PM (this is paid additionally at time and a half)
- Hybrid opportunity once trained, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and clients
- Updating customer records, dealing with direct debit enquiries, and printing off documentation
- Responding to a multitude of enquiries within necessary deadlines
Full training will be provided on the in-house systems
Requirements:
- 1 years’ office-based customer service experience
- Ability to manage a busy workload and meet varying deadlines
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
