Recruitment Resourcer

Benefits / Details: 

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) 

• Salary: £25k per annum  

• Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays 

• Full training provided – no recruitment experience needed! 

What will you be doing as the Recruitment Resourcer? 

• Finding candidates for live vacancies 

• Speaking to candidates and carrying out interviews 

• Reviewing CVs and replying to job applications 

• Booking and coordinating interviews 

• Writing and posting job adverts 

• Supporting the recruitment process day-to-day 

What do you need to be considered for the role of Recruitment Resourcer? 

• Degree educated 

• Experience in a customer-facing role 

• Comfortable speaking to people at all levels
