A varied Reception Administration role within a super-friendly team. 

Our client, a prominent business located in Congleton, is looking to recruit a Receptionist Administrator who can be an integral part of the team.

  • Salary: £22,400 per annum
  • Hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

Your job as the next Receptionist Administrator: 

You’ll be the first point of contact for all client and visitors, providing office support to each of the departments. 

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors.
  • Handling incoming post
  • Answering incoming calls, transferring, and taking messages where required.
  • Booking meeting rooms, arranging catering and refreshments.
  • Franking the post and preparing it ready for collection.
  • Assisting in organising quarterly events.
  • Ensure the office is fully stocked with stationery and supplies.
  • Handling petty cash, logging cheques.
  • Filing. 

Skills, experience, and attributes required:
