The current People & Culture Manager is retiring after 20 years (a tenure that speaks volumes, don’t you think?). You’ll have the freedom to shape HR, bring in fresh ideas, and make a real difference.
They also support further CIPD qualifications and value work-life balance, offering flexible start/finish times and flexi-time.
Details of the People & Culture Manager vacancy:
- Salary: £38,000 – £41,000 (DOE)
- Hours: 37 hours per week | Choose your start/finish times (covering core hours10am – 3pm) – Office based.
- Flexi-time: Choice to bank extra hours & take them back in lieu
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
- Bonuses: Twice a year (profit-related & ownership bonus)
- Pension: Employer pays double what you contribute (up to 10%)
- Sick Pay & Medicash Plan
- Death in Service: 9x salary

- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role.
- Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 (or above)required.
