  • Hours: 9AM – 5.15PM (flexible hours, core times 10AM – 4PM)

What will you be doing as the Payroll Specialist?

  • Managing multiple payrolls for a portfolio of clients
  • Running weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Processing payrolls ranging from small teams to several hundred employees
  • Preparing payroll reports and sending them to clients for approval
  • Ensuring payrolls are accurate and processed on time
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients
  • Handling payroll queries via phone and email

 

What do you need to be considered for the role of Payroll Specialist?

  • Previous experience managing payroll
  • Experience processing multiple payrolls or payrolls of a reasonable size
  • Experience handling weekly and monthly payroll
