We’re recruiting a Part Time Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Stretton, Warrington.

The Important Details:
Salary: £24,500 (pro-rata)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10AM – 2PM (some flexibility on this possible, but the full 5 days needs to be covered)
Location: Stretton, Warrington (own transport essential)
Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
Holiday: 25 days + bank hols, birthday off (pro rata)

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be:
- Answering inbound calls and emails.
- Booking reservations and sorting out any changes.
- Helping customers with queries and handling complaints (with the full support of a great team!)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience within Customer Service.
- A friendly, outgoing personality & confidence on the phone.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
