Part Time Client Services Administrator

We are recruiting a Part-Time Client Services Administrator to join a company based in the centre of Macclesfield. You’ll be working in a gorgeous, modern office and you can choose what hours and days you want to do. A rare thing, right?!
With a minimum of 20 hours per week ideally split over 3 – 5 days, they are open to discussing what suits you best.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team of 5 who all genuinely get on and have a real laugh together – a sense of humour is a must! A very important member of the team is of the four-legged variety, so you must be comfortable with dogs (you can even bring your own if they’re socialised!)
Details:
- £23k – £30k per annum DOE (pro rata)
- Hours: miniumum 20 per week but flexible to suit over 3 – 5 days
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your birthday off (pro rata)

What will you be doing as the Part-Time Client Services Administrator!
This is a varied role, where no two days are the same. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with customers and suppliers and to work with people both face to face and over the phone. Your duties will include:
- Point of contact for customers, building relationships.
- Processing customers’ orders from initial enquiry through to invoicing.
- Placing orders with suppliers.
- Maintaining stock levels.
- Coordinating couriers and delivery companies.
- Helping to set up for client training days including meeting and greeting clients.
- General office support including ordering stationary and supplies.
What do you need in order to be considered for the role of Part-Time Client Services Administrator?
- Proven experience of working with customers.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- You don’t need to have experience within an office as full training will be provided.
