As the Client Services Administrator, you’ll step into a role packed with variety – no two days are ever the same!
Working in lovely offices in central Manchester, you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team who have a good laugh together.

Benefits / Details:
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 D.O.E.
- Location: Central Manchester
- Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:00-5:30, Fri early finish at 3:00
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
- Location: Central Manchester (modern serviced offices)
- Working pattern: Office during probation, then 1-2 days WFH
- Benefits: enhanced pension, hybrid working
What will you be doing as the Client Services Administrator?
- Being a first point of contact for clients
- Sending onboarding forms and chasing missing details
- Setting up and maintaining client records
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Monitoring the shared inbox and directing queries
- Handling post, scanning and filing documents
What do you need to be considered for the role of Client Services Administrator?
- Minimum of 2 years’ administration experience
- IT literate and comfortable picking up new systems.
